Its Ironic because you would think that THC or Cannabis would lower your stress and anxiety levels and having a panic attack would be the least of possibilities. Be aware of how much alcohol you have consumed as this can have huge effects. Make sure you are aware of your tolerance levels and how long it has been since you last smoked weed. Realize that this is a panic attack and it will pass as your THC levels drop and diminish. Last but not least, work on your anxiety and stress levels in general.
